Thus, starting with a very casual question about candidate’s background, family, qualification, likes, dislikes present a clear picture about them in front of the employers. This makes the respective candidate feel comfortable and they present an honest opinion about asked issues.
An employer should have a clear idea about the candidate's past performances and potential. Every professional or fresher has to undergo a certain challenge or obstacle in their professional front.
